Yeah, the league really fell apart and quickly. What's lost in all this is that Week 1 of the league they actually had good ratings. Guess people wanting to see more of what the league was about than anything else.

Even if they didnt have the catastrophic fuckup during the week 2 telecast, I doubt the XFL would have still survived.
