The problem that stands out to me is the players all see and know the same about Odor as we do. I believe they are mentally effected as they know it is not right when Odor can fail and it doesn't seem to matter.

JD has to wake up and do something. Surely, he can't be that foolish to let his stubbornness ruin the team.

If JD doesn't do something then he is a much, much bigger problem than Odor.

If that is the case even now, with a guy knocking down the door with a vengeance, then we might as well give up on the organization ever amounting to anything under the present regime. That is why I said something is wrong if it doesn't happen. That would point out such a degree of ineptness that it would be silly to ever have any hope.

Maybe it doesn't happen, and it may be even likely that it doesn't, but it should be the last straw before giving up hope. Other stupid, stubborn decisions will be likely to occur.

Oh I think there is quite a bit wrong and I have the same issues most people do but if the manager cant change it and the GM cant get things done or the ownership isn't looking for change then we as fans just have to sit back and take it because we cant get anything done for certain

Being out of a game after the first 2 innings by 3 of four 5 starters sucks to watch. Hopefully Burke and Palumbo can have good starts tomorrow and keep us in the games for a few innings at least

Yeah, maybe I was wrong for even being tempted to give JD the benefit of the doubt about 2B next year. You guys are probably right.

We have no clue what goes on behind the scenes with ownership and JD. Do you think a bunch of TJS arms are were first choice? Fortunate we got Lynn and Minor for very reasonable prices. What about Pence, Calhoun and Santana? Was that stupid GMing?

Problem is we did not develop good pitching soon enough and owners did not want to pay. Other issue is guys we hoped would be stars or at least better than average like Mazara Guzman and Odor. Elvis has not played that well either. But Choo has who we want to unload but the owners probably don’t. We really aren’t playing Pence daily which tells me we are really trying to see a few guys

Re Odor. He is not blocking anybody other than Solak who is not on the roster. Love to get him a legit shot but seems like we have had plenty of players kill in AAA just not make it happen in MLB. IKF needs playing time too. Just not that easy to make it all work quickly

Ownership gets their fair share of the blame, no doubt. I dont think stupid GM'ing is the problem, I think it's ego
