Either Gruden will go down as crazy stupid or a crazy genius.
Raiders have a lot of great draft capital now and if they flip some of that for even more great draft capital they could potentially set themselves up to be very good on the cheap.
Or they could be the Browns and have outstanding draft capital for years and blow it on mostly unproductive players.
