so many close games for the Twins.

They really seem to take care of business against bad/mediocre teams. They need to win against the good teams to really make a move.

I dont think the division is over by any regards - considering I think Lopez can and will get hot like he did last year and the Cleveland rotation needs some help-- Allen has been bad...Carrasco has had some moments but is mostly cooked- Livelyi s playing over his head.

If Gavin Williams comes back and is healthy- and the Guardians make a trade they will be tough to catch- but those are big IF's.
Meh. Twins have done fine against mediocre-good teams.

They are 0-14 against the top 3 AL teams.

They are 18-2 against the 4 pure garbage teams

They are 26-20 against anything in between.

Yanks always own us. Have to improve on the Guards 0-5 tho obviously.

God fucking dammit. Our offense is absolutely scorching right now. Basically everyone hitting except shit Vazquez and Farmer.

Team raking while Royce went through an 0/17 of 8 line outs.

And in a 13-5 game Correa gets beaned in the fucking wrist and immediately walks off. Jesus fucking Christ.

I want Lee up here, but for trash can bitch ass Farmer. Not for Correa. FUCK.

McKenzie just looks bad...maybe its time to shut him down and have the surgery. He has made a valiant effort to pitch but it just does not look like its working.

Alec Marsh going from hot garbage last year to mediocre this year is a very welcome change.

Additionally, the Royals have Ragans and Lugo lined up against the Guardians. Might be some blood in the water there.

totally agree. The Guardians were not gonna run away with the division. I am just happy where they are at to be honest

if you would have told me at the beginning of the year Bieber would make 2 starts and be done for the year, Gavin Williams would not have pitched 1 game yet, and McKenzie would be getting blown up after refusing to have surgery for a torn elbow ligament- plus what I thought were their best 2 setup men- Stephen and Karinchak not throwing 1 pitch- iwouldve thought we wouldve been screwed.

It made sense. Too many meatballs. Location has been bad. He has a torn ligament I believe. Maybe his best bet is sit out the season and give it a go when he is healthy.

It’s bad when you get sent down instead of the 39 year old Carrasco

Lmao @ the ump thinking the anchor is in play and part of the foul pole, and still getting it wrong after review.
Strange play. I thought at first sight it was clearly foul. Still haven’t found a replay that had a good view. Seemed like an easy call.

It was either right or left of the foul pole lol

We are playing great fucking baseball right now.

But keep dropping sporadic games due to coaching malpractice

We literally let Christian Vazquez bat in the 10th inning with 2 outs on Friday.

He is statisically the 284th hitter out of 286 qualified batter. Unreal

It hit the anchor (which is considered foul) by multiple yards. Fans in the stands were posting on twitter about it and it had a black mark on it, like the anchor. That level of bad.

All this talk about McKenzie for the Guardians

But its Logan Allen that I cannot believe they keep trotting out there. Guards develop pitching so well, there has got to be someone in their minors that's better than this dude.
