When you don't have a clear QB1 - this is true for everyone. The backup, next guy, or unknown is "always" better...because they haven't had the chance to go out there and show you just how wrong you are.

Sure, you get lucky here and there that the backup turns into something decent. I mean, who saw Jake Browning coming out the past 2 weeks and putting up 600 yards and scoring over 30 pts....but, by and large, backups are backups for a big reason. The love affair, IMO, comes from the "unknown" of what could be, and that allure is really strong when you are currently watching what is - and it's not good.
Yep… what is worst with Rudolph we already know and people still want him playing. :L

The Football Gods still have a few mushroom stamps in the chamber for Cleveland's face.

Grant Delpit is next.

Just an unreal amount of injuries

if this team somehow manages an AFC championship appearance we should start casting actors for the parts in the movie.

Hurst had a pec injury. Any updates on Delpit? If he is out, I am at a loss for words

This is some sick joke

I get what you're saying. The Browns are snake-bit. But, I don't know why you're surprised on Hurst. The Niners signed him a few years ago. The guy barely ever played down b/c he was injured year after year.

Not surprised but he was having the best year of his career. Unfortunate for him

I find it funny the people who argue Watt vs Garrett all the time. It is like a group of midgets arguing who is the tallest at the short persons' convention.
You’re right so who is better:

Bruce Smith (Myles Garrett) or Brian Cushing (TJ Watt)? Tough choice indeed

lol… yep let’s argue about people who play different positions. I will do you one better, Reggie Roby or John Elway.
