She likely benefitted immensely from this. Having any kind of meaningful interaction with that psychopath would have likely influenced her in a bad way.
In addition to not having his terrible influence on her life. Him dying with appeals left means his conviction gets expunged. Now his daughter gets the money he had left for appeals, and the victims family can't go after it.

Nor should they be able to go after it, honestly what good does that do them?

Kid would be better off not knowing who her father was.

And I'm not buying the Pats owing this fuckwads family a Goddamned dime.

Not sure this is true.

It all depends on the wording of his contract and when exactly they considered it void. If it was when he was convicted then his lawyer could play it as he was never convicted meaning his contract never became void.

Yeah I am not a lawyer and Mass has some really outdated rules and laws I am sure Kraft has lawyers on this.

Odin prolly woulda made money had he not been murdered.

What good does it do the murderers family?
What good does it have to do for them? Is the assumption he was innocent in all this? Why shouldn't his little girl be taken care of.

Why does his daughter deserve any more than the Loyd family?

He isn't innocent.
Because it's his child? The Lloyd family can take care of their own children. Again Lloyd was part of this whole mess, he put himself in harms way, had he made stellar decisions we wouldn't be having this talk.

Depends on what story you want to believe.

Either way, I'm not much interested in validating his murder.
Yet you respond?

Point is Loyd had a role in this, a role that did in fact lead to his demise. Now should he have lost his life for this? No! But his family shouldn't receive anything because he made bad choices, his little girl made no choices in this.

Oh yes. They owe it all. And every dime should count against this year's cap.

And as usual,,,sadly the thoughts of those who you would think would be concerned with mourning and sadness turn to nothing but money:

The 'friendly challenge' to Pats from Hernandez victim's mom

I can guarantee you if someone did this to my kid the last thing I would be worrying about is getting money
