We need an outside source investigation in the matter....BB ignored a subpoena to court and now this ?
Could it be that BB pulled the ineligible player trick and lined him up as a visitor ? If so, they will have their new TE this year, Iam Deflated , wearing #00.....I wonder who the guy was that they hung ??????

Technically he did but there was that loop-hole where he wasn't "notified" in enough time... Don't buy it but that's why he didn't have to go

What good does it have to do for them? Is the assumption he was innocent in all this? Why shouldn't his little girl be taken care of.

It means he's not officially guilty. The Patriots will probably be able to use some "morals" clause to keep from paying any money but the losers here is the Lloyd family. It would have been a lot easier for them to say Hernandez was found guilty than having to prove it again to a jury.
