so are you in the later years of life or something... because the last 10 years.. the Tigers have most certainly been better than the Indians. The Indians have 1 division title... 1 wild card... and 0 pennants in the last 10 years... The Tigers have 4 division titles... 1 wild card... and 2 AL pennants.... its really not even a question. I hope you enjoyed the 90's.. because that was really the only decade that the Indians were even remotely arguably a better franchise in our lifetimes.. unless you are in your fucking 60's.

I'm almost forty. Since I've been able to drive myself to the ballpark, there was a four year stretch where an overrated Tigers team took advantage of a historically weak division and eeked out some playoff berths. Other than that, they've been a doormat, and that's what they are right now.

Since the turn of the milenium the Indians have won 2 division titles... the Tigers 4... the Tigers have been to the playoffs 5 times... and went to 2 WS.. the Indians have been to the playoffs 3 times.. and played in exactly 0 world series in that time.. in fact.. the Indians and Twins are the only teams in the central as currently constructed not to make it to a WS....
