yes Doug, Ventura lead the Royals to the WS two years in a row, can't help ya more than that. Verlander lead the Tigers to the WS a few times as well.

1 pitcher has pitched better in the WS than the other and he has a WS ring on his finger.

I wouldn't trade Fielder's contract for Victor's... Your nuts. Fielder has like 3 years and 70 mil more.

Fielder in only under contract for 2 years and $66MM more than Martinez. Fielder is five years younger than Martinez and kicked ass for the whole season last year while Martinez sucked balls for about 3/4ths of it.

Seeing that it's likely that Fielder will be more productive than Martinez over the next three years, I don't see why you would think that someone would have to be "nuts" to prefer Fielder's contract. Particularly for the Tigers, with all the Pizza Boy money you're always talking about.
