Was it a hot button deal in KC? It's not like the rotation was stacked and he was holding someone out.

Royalsreview and I widely criticized it for the most part. Casual fans and local radio ballwashed the move.

Ivan Rodriguez and many catchers have been battered worse, some make it some move to DH/1b....no way anyone can predict it.

I think we all know why Pudge rebounded so well.

Personally, I just wonder what the next TV contract looks like for the Royals. Could plausibly be redone before 2019 at some point.

Personally, I just wonder what the next TV contract looks like for the Royals. Could plausibly be redone before 2019 at some point.

Its not going to be as big as you think.. because the market itself is one of the smallest in pro sports.. But I wouldn't be surprised if it was somewhere around 40-50 mil a year... every team is getting that number at the very least it seems. Only the big markets are going to get the mega TV deals.. but even the small market teams are going to get nice increases.

Its not going to be as big as you think.. because the market itself is one of the smallest in pro sports..
