Arod was blocked from going to Boston by the Players Union, because he was willing to take a reduced pay, and the PU didnt like the precedent that woudl set

Gary Sanchez sucker punches guy in the face. Only a 3 game suspension.
Yordana Ventura (RIP) suspended 9 games for throwing a baseball at Machado. Yeah that seems fair.
Ive said this for years, Patriot fans would hate that
An advantage is an advantage, regardless of where it originates.
Why? What you and Wiggy appear to be saying is the Pats Superbowl wins were no fluke.
He should start at least 2 games.Kluber will be the difference.....Absolutely dominates the Yankees, and Id expect to see him in some way shape and form, a lot in that series
We'll never know, will we. All we know is that the PU made a decision about the game's biggest star at the time. And they chose to make their biggest star available to baseball's flagship franchise at the expense of the Red Sox for a reason that had no previous history.Yes. but you are implying if the same exact situation happened with the Yankees, the Players Union would not have stepped in
Thats silly puddy
You know when the Giants were taking Tom Brady over their knees, you would tell me "anytiing can happen in a series in baseball, but not in football"?

shusha you mouffFantasy land
He should start at least 2 games.
Having Kluber- and then a relief squad of Miller, Allen, Shaw, Smith behind him is pretty crazy. Carrasco has looked great too.
Salazar is such a wild card. He had as dominate a stretch during late July/early August where he looked like he would be a shoe-in to start a playoff game----- but then he got hurt again, and gets out of rhythm.
I obviously dont expect Salazar to start a playoff game- but its so frustrating seeing that kind of talent with such random results.
I think Bauer is good but ---- say the Indians split the first 2 games in a series- Kluber winning, and then say Carrasco loses.....Bauer going 1-1 makes me nervous. Hes been great of late but he just is so mentally all over the place.
It should be interesting.
I have Gurley and Watkins. The person I'm facing has Garcon, didn't play him.dude I'm playing against has Gurley, Watkins and Garcon... I'm screwed
I had the Rams D too and I got 2 points. Lots of points and yards given up, but sacks, the INT, and the fumble made up for it.negative points for you huh?
"Lets suspend Yordanna Ventura for 3 games between his starts"
Youre smarter than that
The Indians are the best team in the AL--- but just the nature of baseball means that they are not any kind of overwhelming favorite to make it out of the AL.

Indians may dispose of us in 3
what % do they give the Indians of making it out of the AL?False.
Baseball Prospectus, FanGraphs, and FiveThirtyEight, all have the Indians as the favorite to win the World Series, let alone the ALCS.
