2. I fully agree... Therefore unless Simmons proves he can shoot, it's suicidal for a coach to move him at 3... He can't defend on the perimeter either!

Simmons value is in his versatility. They need to do more with him than just dump him in the dunker position when he is off ball.

Doesn't matter what you call his position. But keeping him 5 feet from the rim limits his options too much.

Most definitely not.

The game has evolved.

It isn’t about position as much as it is about floor spacing and designing an offensive scheme to maximize player strengths for any given roster.
