Bumgarner goes from 2-0 to striking out Rutledge, gets "I Will Never Retire" Torrealbe to ground out.
Abreu showing us something. Is he making Scutaro deadline-tradeable?
In case this isn't sarcasm,
His .254 career AVG with 4 HR's, .285 OBP and bad defense say no
Pence and Pablo K on the same pitch
Had dust off the milk gif. Haven't used it in a while.
We still have questions, but this streak happened because EVERYTHING went wrong. They would have bloop hits, we would have rocket outs. They would be called safe on a close play, we would be called out. Their pitches were strikes, ours were balls.
Now that the monkey is off their backs, and it looks like we have 2 Aces again, I think we are in a good position.
Qurioz with a little popper that drops in between 3 rocks and Perez goes non stop motor and scores. We got that run back
5-1!
Perez with 2 walks and a single today. Hope to see him playing left field tomorrow with Blanco in CF
Looks like the key to the Giants winning is my staying off the board.
Well done, Matt, for carrying on pretty much solo today.
How is that possible? I have never seen two batters up at the same time.
Plus, the giants do best as underdogs. I am more comfortable with mostly everyone counting them out, to be honest lol
The prospect of Vogelsong coming back and possibly back into form is promising. Hopefully Casilla and reset the roles of the bullpen and strengthen the pitching overall.
Now only 4 games separate all the teams in the west. Heading into the deadline, we might have to assume all teams consider themselves contenders which means more competition for trade pieces and will make those August/September nl west games even that more interesting (those games vs the NY teams are wtf?)
I seem to recall him saying that in a couple of years he'll start getting serious about his blimpy shape. Hey Fatman! Do us all a favor and stop the beer and donuts NOW!Pablo needs a day off
