I was just wondering if seeing Colin again was a good thing, or a bad thing...

Wow.

Hamels with 108 through 6 and they pulled him. Right call, IMHO. 5 BB and 7 K.

Bully finished it up, though.

Guys, I know we are enjoying this moment. But I have a REALLY, REALLY bad feeling about June and July.

I do think our SP needs upgrading, so should consider trading Edwin Escobar and Heath Hembree for Jake Peavy. We can wait though, probably offer it near the deadline, say July 27?

Realize I sound like a downer, just a gut feeling I'm having. BTW Bold Prediction

Either way, welcome back.

Take off your jacket. Stay a while.
Put your feet up and grab a drink.

So Affeldt gets his "first" win. Fredrick gets his "first" loss, Susac get's his first career action and hit and run, then is promptly sent to the minors, Ishikawa clones himself to get hits at 2 different levels, Casilla gets a save on the DL....

Twilight zone game.

So doesn't Boch's 1600th win actually occur last Tuesday against the Rockies instead of Wednesday? Giants also gain a half game on LA.

Giants also finish May 20-9.

Not sure I'm reading this right .... but on the day this game was scheduled .... the Rockies were 26-22 .... today when it was resumed .... they were 54-82 ..... that means during that stretch ... they were .... 28-60 .... wow .... makes our June and July a little easioer to handle!

Actually they may be close to (if not) mathametically eliminated already .... even Bob would have a difficult time turning ther corner on this one ....
