I'm good with Oduya. Could push Manning as the #6 really. Brings a lot of playoff experience which should help.

Losing Alt is not really a concern. Was a bit unexpected though.

Oduya was a great move and gave up nothing. Perfect depth guy. Winnipeg made a huge splash with Stastny they now have 4 solid lines. He'll probably play between Laine and Ehlers on third line nuts!

I think this might push Gudas to #6 as Manning is playing better at this time of the season.

I would be looking for at least a third line forward with speed that is a great penalty killer. Not really worried about scoring ability with anyone we acquire, but if they can chip in a few goals, all the better. We should have plenty of offense from the top two lines, the top power play unit and the defense with our younger guys really on the rise as of late.

Wow, when we play the Rags twice more this season, that should be an automatic four points. They've shipped out McDonagh, Nash and Grabner. Tampa is definitely all-in for the Cup now too. They probably gave up a lot for McD.

Flyers call up Read (and send Lindblom down to make him AHL playoff eligible). I kind of expect Read to take his place in the lineup tonight as a reward for working hard this season with the Phantoms. Then Lindblom gets called back up tomorrow. My guess is Read will get sent back down after that.

Would be nice to see him on the 4th line and PK'ing though instead of Weiss.

Oh actually tweeters saying Read can't go back to the Phantoms. So I guess he's up for good! Wonder if that means he'll be in the lineup.
