Sound just like the game against LA KingsNot much to say. Crawford was good, but we just didn't get the bounces to go our way. We probably had at least a dozen A-quality chances (including half a dozen breakaways) and none of them resulted in a goal. That's just bad luck, if anything. We also continue to have more penalties called on us than we can draw, which is also very unfortunate considering how fast we played.
I really don't know what to do if Gudas is seriously hurt, but Hagg, Sanheim and Alt all made some solid plays last night and Provorov continues to be a beast, playing nearly 30 minutes.
All in all, it may sound silly to say this given the result, but we played very well in this game. Easily could've been 6-2 Flyers. I mean really easily.
We looked very quick and fast, the passes were sharp and we were constantly looking to break up ice and get the odd-man rush. Amazingly, none of them cashed in.
