I read he walked off on his own power with no visible limp so my guess is it's likely nothing serious.

According to practice reports, Kap was really inaccurate today. He's got to make strides in that area, and in reading the D. It's obviously very early in this season, but he should not be struggling badly with accuracy going into his fourth year as an NFL QB....
Really? I read he was on point today. Completed first 5 passes and completed passes to 9 different WR....
According to taylor Price he was unofficially 12-18 in 7 on 7 with a 20 yard bullet to Crabs for a TD
ok good, the RZ practice is already paying off.

NaVorro Bowman could return at season's midpoint - NFL.com
Michael Wilhoite is expected to start in Bowman's place until the three-time Pro Bowl linebacker can return to the lineup. The Niners have a Week 8 bye, making Bowman's most likely return date a Week 9 matchup against the St. Louis Rams
I thought that Willis was moving over to Bowman's spot. Has that changed?
I figured that but it would be nice for these reporters to mention the 9ers' line-up the way it will be for the season. I guess they are just sitting on the couch while doing these articles.I don't think that means literally starting in Bowman's position, just that he'd be the other ILB. Willis did move over to Bowman's spot.
Already posted in the injury thread, but I figured it should go in here too, since it's 49er-related.
