Seriously though, he wasn't as good as I hoped, but he wasn't a disaster either. He's just too slow for today's game. I wouldn't mind him sticking around as a backup center. But he just isn't a starting quality center anymore.

He'd be a luxury as a backup.

You could do a lot worse. Part of the problem too was the Lakers horrible perimeter defense. Guys were running virtually unchecked into the paint. At times, poor Roy looked like me trying to corral the grandkids at the playground when they're on a sugar high.

Sounds about right being on a team in rebuilding mode. Is he a free agent this offseason? I think the Hawks are already sick of Splitter.

They have 25-40 mil in cap.

Horford would chew up most of that.

So, maybe not.....

Bogdanovic and Hollis-Jefferson look promising.

Well over two dozen TOs combined by both teams. Plenty of offensive fouls too. This is really hard to watch even if the Hawks are up 15.

Certainly not. I just hate bad basketball. This game has not been easy to watch despite being up by double digits almost the whole game.
