Splitter is also 31... in 3 he will be 34... to have old centers will hurt... But not much since his team is not focused on centers... and defense ages better than offense...

Yeah, I see your point.

The centers for my team are ancillary pieces. They're in addition to what my team is designed to do, which is get out and run. My team would likely go small a lot, but Bogut and Splitter provide depth against teams with very good bigs. Both would essentially share time, which would help alleviate normal wear and tear. Neither of them would likely be asked to play more than 20 minutes a game. Hill would also play some center in my lineups, with Blake doing that occasionally and Barnes at the 4. Bogut and Splitter are mainly there for defense, but Bogut really helps with his passing and screen setting with the Starters.

Raptors select Timofey Mozgov if this is the case.

Need @Arizona_Sting 's approval though.

@The Derski is on clock, and I believe @handicappers is owed a pick since he's been skipped this round...

As commish of the NBA SportsHoopla Draft, I have talked this over throughly with my colleagues and some owners around the league and we have decided to approve your request to purchase the Toronto Raptors. That'll be $300 Vcash downpayment with an annual $100 Vcash payment.

Of course the moment I get stupid busy this thing goes to shit.

Have the day off tomorrow so I'll get everything caught up and sorted out.

Try and get the draft board updated tomorrow. It's like 10 picks old...Currently working on a blog post regarding my team...

JMO, but people use terms like one dimensional as a negative... I don't think it is... there are some teams that can not have the elite player... why should you try to compete where you are going to get your ass kicked...

I think this is true in all sports, not just our little mock here... Sometimes it is better for a team to do one thing very well and sometimes balance is a negative...

Is this thing dying? lol
its been slow the last week and a half- but we are about 75% complete. The people at the other end of the draft board seem to pick a lot more timely- its the back end that seems to really struggle on its picks.

Id say at least 22-25 of the 30 owners are still very solidly invested and interested in the results and moving forward.

AGREED.

I know my Team could use some one dimensional shooters, defenders or rebounder if anyone has a spare.

I may not post in here often, but I keep checking the thread to keep myself updated and keep making my picks. Just know that I picked over a week ago and only 4-5 more picks have been made since, not a good pace. lol
