More proof they aren't moving to a 3-4

Kendall Langford said he chose the Colts because he prefers playing in a 3-4 scheme.

He wouldn't have gotten that opportunity with the Lions, who were also pursuing Langford in free agency. Langford looked like a fish out of water playing defensive tackle in St. Louis. He's a much better fit at five technique. Langford hasn't received a positive grade from Pro Football Focus since 2010.

Same conclusion many have come to here. They will not switch the base defense. Can not speak for others, but I do see signs of more 3-4 principals being used this year.
