NorCal vs SoCal

I may actually miss having Clowe's badassness around for this series. Overall I am okay with this matchup with the alternative being the Hawks.

The only problem with 'mr.badassness' is that he is usually a step behind everyone and when he gets there he takes a lame penalty... The message he sends is "I am a douche - how about a power play?"

Besides, its not like he has added much to the series he is in.

Bring it on Kings!!!

Eh say what you will about Clowe's on ice play, I agree with all of it, but I thought his policeman skills were effective. And he backed it up with his fists. I know fighting is reduced in the playoffs, but it is nice to have someone that will yell at the other team and get them to focus more on Clowe than trying to run Couture and Pavs.

Ralphie is about 100 billion times better at it then Clowe, since he's been added no one fucks with anyone on that line

Vancouver did try to mess with Couture, but they over did it and they paid for it on the PK. I'm sure LA will do the same, but the Sharks will be playing the body just as much as the Kings.

Lets Go SHARKS!!!!! :horn:

I think the motto for this LAK series will be "take a hit to make a play" and it applies big time to the Sharks dmen. They need to be strong with the breakout pass knowing damn well that there is a forechecker coming at them. Chipping it off the boards for a simple clear is not enough.

Other than that, it's just shots to the net with forwards crashing and hoping that the puck lands on a Shark's stick for a put in. PP needs to continue to produce. What I don't like about this series is that even if they advance, they're going to have a bunch of bumps and bruises to take with them to the WCF.
