We'll see I guess. FTR, I've never put a lot of stock in strength of schedule predictions. What I am putting a lot of stock in, perhaps too much, is the improvements we've made coachinhg-wise, particularly defensively speaking.

Right the coaching staff and defense excite me. odds makers put us at +1200 to win the division. You never know. Dallas has the best offense and we have the best defense. Not a bad bet if you ask me.

EAST- 24 wins
WEST- 38 wins
SOUTH- 32 wins
NORTH- 34 wins

AFC
EAST- 34 wins
WEST- 31 wins
SOUTH- 32 wins
NORTH- 30 wins

Oh. You were talking the NFC WEST as the toughest.

To answer your question, we also play against the second worst division in football, and we play against our own division, worst in football, twice.

IMO its not easy. I see 5 easy games. Giants twice, Lions, Bengals, and Panthers. So the floor should be 5 wins. Cards, Cowboys, eagles, and Rams could make it to 9-7.

That's a good point, but I'm not as interested in W-L records this year as I am with what type of team they are.
Win or lose I'm hoping to erase this "easy win" perspective with one that says "Fuck!, we might eke out a win but we're going to get beat up in that one."

Change that and have the opposition dreadful before the fact and those wins will come.

Everyone has been saying how great the DL will be. I guess we can argue who the biggest benefactors will be from a great DL, but there's really only 2 answers to that question. The LBs or the DBs. And regardless which unit one picks, the other unit should still greatly benefit as well.

The Redskins glory years have been gone for a long time, I get to see them twice a year when they play the Eagles, and they play on Thanksgiving again at Dallas. That's been a good game.
