21-22 Season - Jekyll or Hyde ?

I think the early signs show how much better our defense is this year. Currently 4th in the league with a 2.43 GAA and .934 save%. Last year we were 29th with a 3.46 GAA and .883 save %. The season is early, but the defense is better and Hart is seeing the puck real well.

Morning boys! Great game to watch last night. Hart was a stud again last night. I thought the power play needs work. Other than that, it was a great overall effort imo.
On a side note, I believe Risto is starting to get with the team. His points will eventually come, but his physical presence is obviously huge. Are any of you starting to warm up on the giant yet? @lasgop8 ,@Chris p Bacon @awaz ?

I will agree with this but Hart playing out of his mind makes all of these guys look much better. It would be a different story if we had 2021-2022 defense with 2020-2021 Hart

Another though is he has only 3 points and is plus 1 so its not like he is playing Norris trophy hockey.

He is playing physical hockey though which I like.

Well then he is going to get a raise from his 5.4 million salary. Is he worth 7 million a year for 6 years?

That contract would make us have spent 18.5 million on just 3 defenseman next season not even counting Braun who deserves a raise as well.

a +1 is great. He was like a -30 in Buffalo. I just threw that number out, not sure what he really was? It was very bad tgough. They destroyed the guy.
