Eichel out to Vegas for Tuch, Krebbs, 1st, and 3rd i think it was. I'll be honest, I thought they would've gotten a bigger haul. Tuch and Krebbs are good/really good young players, but I don't think they're no doubt about it 1st line type guys.

How do we lose this game? No Sid and Malkin and Jarry was slightly better in net tonight. Hart made some great saves, but it seemed he was slow on the winning goal which I thought was not a goal. Oh well, it is still 1 point we get for tying it.

Lindblom and Konecny had point blank opportunities.
Other than that, seemed like a lot of shots from bad angles.

Carter Hart still looks sharp.
Getting Ellis and Hayes back hopefully boosts our offense.

Other than that, these Metro games are going to be 50/50 the rest of the season.

There's not a lot to say. We obviously should've scored a couple goals (at least) in the 1st and run away with that game. Lots of shots and high quality chances, but Jarry stood on his head a bit. Glad to steal a point late, which makes it not an entirely crushing defeat, but still very disappointing against a bitter rival.

Props to Laughton with his clutch goal late and yes, Hart should've absolutely had the game winner. Covering the post there should be automatic for him, instead he choked it away and let Letang have a bit of an easy one. Good game for him overall, but that's a weak one at the worst time. Sorry, it is what it is. Otherwise, I definitely like our chances in the remainder of the OT period or even the shootout too.
