Blew out his knee again during the off season. It's nice to keep G for his 1,000 game, but other pieces need to start moving. If I were of those guys, I would use a favorite line of mine from the movie Slap Shot - "Trade me right fucking now"!

Yep. And if Tippet is involved, which everyone seems to think is the case, it won't be their high end guys like Lundell or Knight (though Knight wouldn't really make sense anyway). Maybe they can get a guy like Denisenko or Heponiemi with Tippet? I'm on board with 2 pretty good prospects as opposed to the 1st round pick. Tippet was a 1st round pick in 2017, Denisenko was a 1st round pick in 2018, Heponiemi a 2nd rounder in 2017. None of the 3 have been able to consistently crack an NHL lineup, but maybe a fresh start and an opportunity with the Flyers gets them there.

But if Fletcher can't manage 2 of those guys in return and it's something like Tippet and a 2023 2nd rounder, sharpen your pitchforks.

Samoskevich was their first round pick last year. Reading he’s got a high skill/skating level. Seems like he could be a good second piece.

Well he definitely isn't interested winning a cup , there's no way Florida wins it even with Giroux. Sounds like he just wants some warm sunshine to retire in.
