Not a chance in hell. We could lose out and still not fall that low. They are 16 points behind us, both with 48 games played.

We could definitely end up with the 3rd worst record in the Nhl, but Montreal and Arizona are next level bad. That would give us a 10.9% chance at the 1st overall pick and the same odds at picking 2nd instead. Much better chance at picking 4th or 5th overall though.

Also, I hate to say it, but I've stopped watching our games a long time ago. This is not just because of the dreadful product on the ice, but also because every single time I go to watch the game on espn+, they tell me it is blacked out in my area, which is complete bullshit.

I did see that despite Crosby scoring his 500th goal against us last night, we were up 4-2 well into the 3rd period and managed to still lose in OT.

Truly amazing. It's just beyond embarrassing at this point.

TBH, I'm just happy it's more than 1 team. That's good for the Flyers. If I'm Fletcher, it's quality over quantity. I don't care if it's a single asset they get back as long as they have top 6 or top 4 potential.

Last night i watched a little of the Avs vs Vegas to see how Eichel looked and 14 seconds into the game Nolan Patrick takes a headshot from McKinnon and went down like he was dead. They scraped him off the ice and he stumbled to the locker room. For his own sake either skate with your head up or retire.

Didn't seem dirty, though it does look like McKinnon extends his arm or his elbow follows through, but it looks like he hits Nolan with his shoulder.
