In 2 months nobody will care about refs calls and it will be written forever the story of the Rams winning the title and the final offensive drive with Stafford and Kupp and the final defensive hold with Aaron Donald.

With Eichel coming back this week Vegas has to take him off of LTIR. This puts them in a log jam with the salary cap. Would we want to try to trade for Karlsson who is signed for 5 or 6 more years at 5.9 million.

If we did want to trade for him what would we offer?

No one really, unless it's Petrangelo, I tried to link an article about him going to the Avs, which in return would net us their 1 st rounder next season plus either JT Compher or Tyson Jost. Both are young players but no one knows how good they will be?

Pietrangelo makes 8.8 million and with Prov at 6.7 and Sanheim at 4.675 and Ellis at 6.25 million.

That would be 26.425 million (32.7%) against our cap next year alone for four defenseman.

Well we couldn't lure Petrangelo here when he was a F/A, but either way we ain't getting him lol. On a side note that's a pretty good top 4; if all stay healthy.

Will be sad to see G go but they have to trade for as many assets as possible. Need a first and anything else that they can get but preferably someone young with potential. Only way to get out of this shit. After that you can reassess things in the offseason to see if you need to do something more drastic but hopefully this will be enough to move them in the right direction.
