I have to wait on the contract details but at 3 years $45M if it's like some $25M guaranteed, GOOD FUCKING LORD WHAT IS SEATTLE DOING!?

$15M per? WTF!? Maybe this was just a play to entice Jenkins to sign with us.

I have to give this an F grade right now. I was thinking 2 years $17M or something.. which STILL would've been an overpay (1 year $5M would've been appropriate).

3 years $45M? Hopefully it's like D Laws contract.. 3 years $30M (up to $45M in incentives) and around $15M guaranteed. And even then I'm grading this in the C range.

Good fuckin lord... Kupp is completely washed... if Lockett signs some 2 year $10M deal I'm going to lose my shit.

So 15m per for an old washed up wr but can't do 18 for an OL that you desperately need?
This year is going to be a disaster
Lets wait until the REAL contract details are out. I find it hard to believe they are paying 15 million a year for Kupp. This is a PR victory of sorts for the Seahawks as the off season hasn't brought a lot of good news and this is going to excite a lot of fans. It's unfortunate that being 30 plus and having injury history describes most of signings JS has done this off season but if we are being honest there just wasn't much out there that was better. So it is what it is. On the bright side the Seahawks have gobs of picks this draft and can make this off season look much better.

Oh 100%... I'm assuming the worst where I would give it an F grade. If he's $45M with incentives of $15M and guaranteed is in the teens.. fine... If this is some $45M per with $30M guaranteed, auto F.

Let's see the details to your point. But I am not excited about this at the moment.

Now again, this may have been a move to get Jenkins onboard with signing on Monday.

Rumor is Kupp is going to sign today. I could stomach what you proposed... as long as it doesn't impede signing Jenkins... although, a signing like this could be the clincher to getting Jenkins.

We SHOULD have the cap for it. I estimate we have about $20M left AFTER taking into account draft + injury reserve. We just took White as well...

Anyway, grab Kupp or Lockett, grab Jenkins, and head to the draft IMO.
I was off by 15mil

I really think they would pay 18 million for a OL and won't be surprised if they offered a hair more then that. Think the problem was length of contract and size of guaranteed money for Fries. Crazy money for someone who played a total of four good games in his NFL career.

It's more steep for my liking but I'd rather have him than spending 2 picks on WR. Seattle can still draft a young WR and now use another pick elsewhere.

3 years 45 million is Cheaper per year than what Lockett and DK would be making in 2025. People say Kupp has declined but the truth is since his tripple crown in 2021 his targets per game have been cut by more than half.

Im feeling better about our WR's but they still need a young stud and now is the time to do it so you have JSN and the other guy linked together for the next 4+ years. Someone from like 2nd or 3rd rounds to be a #3 that can slide up to the #2 ASAP. I would like a 6'2"+ 220+ type.
