Vrabel also did a short interview on Sirius XM yesterday and repeated what he said at his NFL Coaches interview.

The Boston media was able to get him aside and he answered a few questions.

Top Priority - "Protecting Drake Maye"
Number two - "Getting Drake Maye to protect himself. If he expects to make a career of playing football, he has to learn to slide. I told him to look at last year's films."
Number three - "Finding a #1 Wide Receiver."

His final comment. "Bill Parcells always said, Offense gets you there. Defense wins the Championship."
It would seem easier for them to get an interview with @YankeeRebel and he's been saying the same things.

It wasn't really an interview. At least he was nice enough to stop and say something, even if it was a canned repertoire.
That and he didn't bend to the pressure of the media. He just smiled and gave them nothing new.

ESPN is reporting that the four Patriots staff interviewed or spoke with at least thirteen players yesterday.
Question. How many spies are watching every team's people in Indianapolis? Or did someone from the Patriots tell them?

I doubt at the combine that there are a lot of unknowns, way to many people to include GMs, Coaches, Media, NFLPA etc. If Vrabel blew his nose on a Titans headscarf in his hotel room at 3 AM someone would know

I know - and I state it often, I was responding to the content and not your purpose for posting it.

The headline on that should have been "Vrabel was nice today", because what he stated was no different than what keen eyed observers are saying too, including many here. I through out the shout out to yr because he mentions some of those very often.

As for my alternate headline, it could never have been applied to BB unless he was talking about military history or "Nike".

Hmmm, would you take the chance as a GM?

I dont trust stress fractures in feet for athletes.
They can be an ongoing issue.
The surgery can fuse joints in the foot.
They will later become arthritic.

On the other hand, if you are only going to be able to keep him for his rookie contract??????
That is why the orthopedic exam and team doctors are so important.....

Isaac TeSlaa WR Small school QB convert with highest athleticism score in combine, wowed the coaches.

Had a very good Senior Bowl. Did not make Walter Football top 40, #60 in NFL Draftbuzz ranking.
Could he go undrafted and become another Jakobi Meyers?

12.
Iowa State image
Jalen Travis, OT, Iowa State
Height: 6-7. Weight: 340.
Projected 40 Time: 5.50.
Projected Round (2025): 3-5.

2/7/25: Travis is a large tackle that could compete to be a developmental starter at right tackle. He also could be a candidate to move inside to guard. Travis had a solid weak of practice at the Senior Bowl and is a scrappy fighter at the point of attack. For three seasons at Princeton, Travis started at left tackle before playing left tackle for Iowa State in 2024.

Jalen Travis, Iowa State

The towering nearly 6-foot-8, 339-pound tackle was easily one of the most impressive testers of the offensive line group, regardless of size. He had a 35-inch vertical, a 9-foot-4 broad and measured-in with lengthy 34 7/8" arms. Mountain of a man who just so happens to be a large rocket, too.

Yeah so if a dude like that is there in RD 3 and we have multiple picks in round three seems like a solid cosideration
