The Combine is later in 2025 than it's been for a long time. It will end on March 2nd and the 2025 NFL Season opens on Wednesday March 12th.

Official Tampering Day is Tuesday March 11th.

Looks like teams will have to be as flexible as a gymnist to navigate through the Combine and prepare to seriously look at free agents.

Don't know how many of you will be watching the Combine, but I'll be taping the OL, WR CB, DL if I can't see them live.

Let's use this thread to keep all of the Combine talk in one place.

83. T Charles Grant, William & Mary​

Grant has played over 2200 snaps at LT over the past three years. 6'6" 330#. Has never missed a game since he was a freshman in high school.
Talk about having staying power.

I’m a fan of the Combine. Yes, game film and highlights are better. But it’s still interesting watching them run specific drills.

Vrabel also did a short interview on Sirius XM yesterday and repeated what he said at his NFL Coaches interview.

The Boston media was able to get him aside and he answered a few questions.

Top Priority - "Protecting Drake Maye"
Number two - "Getting Drake Maye to protect himself. If he expects to make a career of playing football, he has to learn to slide. I told him to look at last year's films."
Number three - "Finding a #1 Wide Receiver."

His final comment. "Bill Parcells always said, Offense gets you there. Defense wins the Championship."

Then, because of injuries, he was their best option at tackle...and he got his clock cleaned.

Those two on the left side would be awesome. They're not the top dogs, but certainly aren't the dogmeat left side that the Patriots have now. Signng both would be less than $35M a year and open the checkbook for a good CB, and WR and still have money to spend.

That makes for a no-pressure draft where trades and picking the best positional players would really strengthen the team.

All good except the number 1 Wr might be a diversion. Might be some info he does not want to disclose?
