Reasonable IMO. I'm sure the team drafting him at #1 will get an exam and those records, but no need for them to be known league-wide. It's not like every team is in position to draft him.

Just another red flag to add to the list with this knucklehead

If you're guaranteed to go top 2 overall, why give your personal medical records to the whole league? It's a privacy issue that I'm surprised hasn't been an issue previously.

I'm sure the Redskins already have a good idea about his medicals for example, since Kingsbury was with the USC offensive staff last season.

Stay away from Daniels, LSU is not a QB cradle for future NFL QB's. Other than Burrow, what do you have that has succeeded in the NFL? YA Tittle & Bert Jones??

Or a team may think "why won't he give out his medical records like every other draft pick ever has"?

Kurt Warners film rankings:

1. Caleb Williams
2. Jayden Daniels
3. Michael Penix
3a. Bo Nix
5. Drake Maye
6. JJ McCarthy
7. Spencer Rattler

Daniels seems to have momentum as the #2 overall even in this lying season.

You know, I heard the same thing about Texas Tech and Big-12 quarterbacks.

Daniels is QB1 for me, and I am scratching my head why he's seen as QB2.

Look at how well he throws the football -- fantastic touch on the ball. The release is very quick. He can throw the football 20-30 yards without much effort. He can throw the ball off schedule and fit into tight windows. On top of that, he's got quality height and can use his legs to pick up big yardage.

If you're scared of LSU quarterbacks, shouldn't you be equally scared of USC and North Carolina quarterbacks?

Read the article instead of the headline. Teams he visits with will have the records.

It’s so dumb to judge a QB by where they played at in college - I heard the same bullshit last year about Stroud with people saying OSU had never produced a good QB, and look how good Stroud is. Same with LSU and Burrow. I will never understand why people act like where a QB played at in college is a legitimate factor in how to judge them.

Maye is getting overlooked.

That argument may have held some truth in previous generations when teams were conservative and the transfer portal wasn't a thing. Guys like Daniels and Burrow weren't even originally LSU QBs. Some of those supposed "bad QB" schools had great prospects that failed for other reasons, like Ohio State's Art Schlichter and his gambling problems.

Scout the player, not the helmet.

So you got that assumption off of me posting a tweet? Interesting

Who knows what will happen and what he will agree to during the process. It's a red flag. Either he is hiding something or he feels he is above sitting with all these teams and going through these "boring" exams. The HIPAA angle is silly and total BS.

He's already got red flags. He better be careful and realize he isn't as great as he thinks he is. He may just be trying to keep his lack of height a talked about issue. Regardless it's just another thing to make teams think about this guy

If he's ranking based on Day 1 starter then I can see it but teams are not just drafting for a day 1Qb but looking for a potential franchise QB and has that
