34 percent from 3 isn't exactly no 3 pt shot for a 6 8 guy

That's already after 2 years of improvement, I wouldn't expect those numbers to climb continuously. 262 to .325 to .337, tapering off a bit. His attempts are declining from his rookie year as well. I would expect his open/unguarded attempts to drop considerably with the change from OKC to Chicago.

Lonzo, by comparison, was up to .375 by his third year and had an obvious flaw in his shooting form (crossing his face to his left shoulder).

Someone would be wise to try to scoop up Monty Williams. I expect he will take a year off but he will rise again, with a much better franchise. He should still be in Phoenix.

I would expect more than a year off. In addition to the money the Pistons are paying him, he's also got paid by the Suns. $85M total to not coach those two teams.
