Cuse still in the mix for his college choice. C'mon man, you'll be a legacy...
I guess he is in Cleveland for the long haul
Yes. His teams always played good defense in Milwaukee and in AtlantaSo the only inside presence and banger in the starting lineup is going out to the arc and slimming down... doesn't seem like a perfect concept. Is defense a concept with this team at all?
Probably. They’re not likely to deal him anyway. In 2-3 years, 30 million looks to be the going rate for a Big of his quality. Hartenstein just got 28 or 29. Allen > Hartenstein.Cavs really locking in to "run it back" mode. If they change course, is anyone going to want to pay him $30M per?
Hell of a deal for us and seems like the JRam deal where player just told agent, "this is where I want to be....get it done."I guess he is in Cleveland for the long haul
Yeah, didn't really get his comment. Allen could be dealt now (well, as soon as eligible in 6 months) with this deal. already underpaid and massively underpaid by time it kicks in.Probably. yes. He's a bargain and will be for a long time.Cavs really locking in to "run it back" mode. If they change course, is anyone going to want to pay him $30M per?
That final game was insane vs the Jazz. We were losing (like the Raps game when he dropped 81) and then after a tough start shooting.....he just turned it on in the 2nd half and willed the Lakers to a win. Like he did vs the Raps.D-Lo talking about Kobe's final season and 60 point final game. Pretty funny.

"What was crazy was his [Kobe] year turned into a farewell tour out of nowhere. That sh*t just happened. We [Lakers] were trash. Then it was like 'Alright!' - TV games, big lights. Nobody was trying to see us. We would get no TV games. We was booty but once it became Kobe's year, y'all saw our booty-a** games..."
"When you got the ball and they booing you, you know what that means. Get that ball to that man. He was just trying to score. I remember Julius [Randle] saying 'I'm just trying to get on the board! I'm just trying to score, I ain't trying to have zero!'. Everybody was just trying to get two! He's going to get all the other ones, but that's what it was."
"It was really us running around trying to get him the ball because they were trapping him, he was shooting tough twos... I'm just like 'Damn'. You just see his face, he looked young, bro. Just looked like he had it."
"I don't know what was getting him through that sh*t. He ain't come out of the game. He was prepared though, you could see it mentally. He was prepared. Everybody in the world was at the game. Denzel, Shaq, everybody..."

I wouldn’t say it’s a hell of a deal either. No discount was given or anything. Hartenstein’s deal reset the market and Allen has been slotted correctly.Hell of a deal for us and seems like the JRam deal where player just told agent, "this is where I want to be....get it done."
30 million a year for Allen isn’t a massive underpay at all. For that to be the case you’d have to assert that Allen is really worth 37-40 million a year. That’s not his value. His value is correct now.Yeah, didn't really get his comment. Yeah he was done, good for him to know it
