The comp was the development as a shooter. I saw it every game. Told people here Dort was turning into a shooter. Now he is.

Clearly, the Bulls are trying to get younger....might be going with a fullon youth movement if they trade Lavine and let DeRozan walk.

Lonzo was a pretty bad shooter when the Lakers selected him. But, he got better.

Melo was a pretty meh shooter but reinvented himself with the Blazers.

All I’m saying is I’ve seen the guy play, every game. I know what the Bulls see in him. He has a skill set few have.
