2023 Offseason...Free Agency & Draft. How do you fill the holes?

meh not impressed at all this year. First pick filled a long term need with a really good prospect 2&3……

Will and company have done a great job the last few years so I will defer to them but I’m not impressed at all with the picks

Yeah and eventually were picked a little later? I never understood that type of logic. The entire NFL isn't in need of a LB who can tackle or a starting TE and the entire NFL didn't take guys at those two exact positions in the exact rounds I'm referring to

I hadn't really watched Overshown before. Wow this guy is lightning quick and makes acrobatic tackles. This one was a great pick. Schoony was a bit of a reach and certainly not a Kelce-like pick.

If he can cover the short middle of the field in our zone on 3rd down it will be worth it. It's maddening watching our LBs try to do it and they refuse to put Cox out there in those situations so maybe they'll put him out there.

He’s a converted safety, so he may be able to do that.

I hope Quinn can get the best out of Mazi the pick makes sense. The Run defense was a big reason they lost to the Niners the past two playoff games. Possibly taken to early,but I doubt he would have been there in the 2nd round. Is he really 323 pounds? He looked bigger at Michigan. Maybe he dropped 20 pounds for the combine?

Also nothing new for McCarthy. No TE drafted in 1st round while he was there. But the Packers drafted some big DT in the 1st round while McCarthy was there.

I am good with the pick. All the guys I really wanted were long gone. Solid pick

I thought very solid.

A position of great need and the guy in the draft that should do well filling it.

I heard something about Alabama and their players/Saban that was interesting.

Alabama players do not have much room for improvement in their play. Saban gets every ounce of talent they have coached up.

I do not get much of a chance to watch college ball. I did go to a Michigan game gainst Maryland with son. My son is huge U of M fan. That TE went 7 for 72.

I like the pick. Perfect for day 2.

I think he will help on passing downs. What I was really hoping for and what I think this team most needs is a early down tackling machine, but all roles are needed I think he will find his way into some type of rotation and he looks to be a special teams demon which will help day 1
