LMAO a K in round 4 and we gave up picks. D-

C and OG much needed help to the O Line. Both have very impressive numbers this could be interesting with Strange last year and two FA OTs this year. Grade: A

I thought the kicker might happen because we did not have a 5th.
Not sure our pick would not have lasted until the 6th round.
Is this reach an over-reaction for missing out on K Moody?

"Lucy! You got some splainin' to do!

Atonio Mafi G 6'3" 338

Built like a concrete block from shoulders to shoes.
  • Plays with a wide base and a broad power zone.
  • Able to generate pop in early stages of the block.
  • Good hand placement to fortify success as base blocker.
  • Throws a stiff punch to slow interior rushers in pass pro.
  • Chippy playing disposition shows up frequently.
A mauler with only 1 year experience at guard. will be a 2024 starter

I felt with Strange and Onwenu we were set at guards. It was OT and C that needed help. Guess I’m wrong. 2 guards selected now.

There was a need for a K, I felt it could have waited, BB did not I will defer. Massive attempt to shore up the O line, would have like to see a TE and we may still but games are won in the trenches. Adrian Klemm you got some work to do.

I like where we are at and what we are doing. It's not flashy but it's solid.

We needed C and OG for sure, Andrews has been hurt a lot. We got two FA OTs so interior line makes a lot of sense.

I have a theory.

Patriots arranged a trade up to get Dawand Jones at 112 but cleveland took him at 111.

The Patriots have a bunch of OTs - Brown, Cajuste, McDermott, Rieff, Anderson, Stureber, Murray
Now have a bunch of OG - Owneue, Strange, Russey, Hines (OG/OT), Mafi, Sow

They have 6 WRs - Shuseter, Parker, Thorton, Bourne, Webb, Bowden

They have 3 Cs = Andrews, Andrews, Ferentz

Everything from here out is fair play in this draft.

My guesses? TE, LB, P, RB

Better get a punter!
If we wait until the 7th we could be in trouble!

What about Warren McClendon at right tackle?
