I think they want him to start every day so I doubt he comes up unless there is a place for him to start.

But, the point is, had it been a spectacular play, they still would have been sent out with the rest if those guys.

who knows but both should start the season in the minors: Alexy at AAA and Howard at AA

The thought of Martin Perez being out there on the mound pitching for the Rangers is downright depressing. I was so glad to get rid of that guy.

I feel the same way. But if he can bring a little bit of depth to the rotation it’s not too bad. 6 innings of 3-4 runs a game isn’t too terrible.
Will work as a bridge and insurance policy.
