So long as he's guarded by a 2-way player and a camp invite known only for perimeter shooting, lol.
Yes you're right, no real potential there.

lol

I seem to remember Warrior nation guaranteeing that they would spend and spend some more, regardless of luxury tax penalties. Was I misinformed, lol?

Their out is easy, I already posted the trade. Dray/Wiseman/Kuminga for Russ/Jones. :D

Their own leadership has since backtracked on that position lol

Yeah, that's exactly what I said. That ridiculous play is unlikely to work against remotely talented defenders is my point.
When did I mention that play?

Playing with Klay, Wiggins and Steph along with Dray helps. Whether anyone wants to believe it or not, he is not keyed in on and gets less focus from defenses. Either way he has a nice offensive game but put him on just a decent team and he would be a chucker with below average shooting numbers.

In comparison, Sexton had pretty damn numbers on a decent team at best and he is a one way player like Poole.

Sexton at the age of 22. per 36 was 25 ppg 48% and 37% from 3. Surrounded by mediocre talent and the focal point of the offense.
Poole at the age of 22. per 36 was 22 ppg 45% and 36% from 3. Surrounded by the best supporting cast in the NBA.

If Poole has potential to be one of the best scorers in the NBA. Sexton is set to be a generational scorer? LOL

Poole will get wildly overpaid for his efforts with GS. I can't hate but I hate to be the team that gives it to him (which means it will be detroit)

They dont need Poole. They have some talented guards especially Ivey. Kinda doubting it is GS unless they decide to pay him over Wiggins which would be a huge mistake.

I will go Sactown

They would be foolish to let him walk. Too much value.

Yup. It's possible that they end up trading him, but Poole is going to get an extension whether it's this year or the Warriors matching whatever offer next year.

Warriors continue to be #lightyearsahead. They 100% manufactured all of this.

1) Draymond tanks his own value, thus justifying him opting out after the season and taking a significantly lesser deal to stay with the team. Helps him to save face with not getting the money people think he could get on the open market. Can retire a Warrior.

2) Warriors now get to show their commitment and support to Jordan, making him feel like the priority. He takes slightly less money to stay with the team.

3) Because Draymond opt's out and takes less, Warriors can now use that money to resign Wiggins.

4) Draymond's absence allows Kuminga and Wiseman minutes to further their development early into the season.

5) Kerr now gets to be in the COY conversation for "holding this team together".

6) Steph gets his due as the rightful "leader" of this team.

7) Klay continues to just not gaf and he gets to be himself.

Whew...the rest of you need to step your games up.

Draymond would have suitors for sure. Dame has been wanting Draymond for a minute. Draymond on the Nuggets or Mavs would be wild though.

Added bonus is that if he's on the Nuggets, @HurricaneDij39 might lose his shit.
