@Black Adam

Here's Friday morning funny.

Over on that other site apparently gigi quit the site in fit of rage only to create an alt called collusion. Now people are bustin' his balls for all the nonstop bullshit he spews.

One item is nearly becoming fact with the Lakers and that is they will go into the season with Westbrook on their roster. As Mamba-DJ and others have posted, the Lakers can always re-visit trades early into the season and up-to-and-including the trade deadline to move Westbrook.
Like Mecca mentioned though.....other teams want Bog so we can't fuck around.

Both sides should do this imo.
Yep.

Lakers are going to need to accept that there has to be a throw in contract.

You'd have to see it being NW-A as a win as opposed to getting Gay.

There is NO CHANCE Utah will go into the tax to eat that Westbrook contract.

This is more than fair.

Yeah, and Gay isn't a bad player to have to take back to move RW.

Gotta think its the Lakers or Suns and you don't want it to be the Suns, I know I don't.

Dallas doesn't have a easy path after extending Maxi and the Knicks are still nursing a grevious injury to their assholes over Mitchell.

DALLAS - The Dallas Mavericks are working to be one of the bidders in a trade pursuit of Bojan Bogdanovic - but is the cupboard too bare to strike a deal?

The Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks and Phoenix Suns are among the other teams with interest in the Utah Jazz veteran , according to John Gambadoro of Arizona Sports 98.7 FM (via Twitter).

What does the stripping-down Utah franchise want in return for the sharp-shooting Bogdanovic, who is averaging 18 points per game over the last four seasons?

It seems like draft picks and players on expiring contracts.

This is an area where the Suns might win the bidding, given their roster strength ... though Phoenix’ first-round picks might have less value because of where the loaded Suns (who had the NBA’s best record last season at 64-18 before the Mavs sent them packing in the playoffs) figure to finish.

Bogdanovic, who is on a $19.55 million expiring contract, is currently competing in EuroBasket with the Croatian National Team and would figure as a "Luka-friendly'' addition in for the Doncic-led Mavs. But what can Dallas give?

If you’re taking suns firsts they need to look like laker firsts anyway

Otherwise you might as well just take the laker firsts

Assuming Sexton’s salary for 2022-23 is $16.7 million, the Jazz are would sit just $1.7 million below the luxury tax with 17 players on guaranteed contracts.

One other team this impacts is the Lakers. They were reportedly in discussions with the Jazz and Knicks as the third team in a framework that would’ve sent Russell Westbrook and draft picks to Utah for a combination of their veterans. While a two-team trade between the Lakers and Jazz involving Westbrook isn’t out of the question, it gets a lot trickier now given Utah’s proximity to the luxury tax.

I think he's on the roster to start the year as well.

Time is running out.

But, there is still a chance.

And we need those if we aren't going to have many 1st rounders for the next several years.

We do good with the 2nd rounders we have taken.
Again: The " no 1st rounders " thing is overstated.

You have no TRADEABLE picks because of Rob's lack of negotiating skills.

NOLA controls your pick swaps.

So, you have to wait until the draft, or very near to it, to trade them.

You bought the 35th pick

You are given 6m each year, you could buy 2-3 each year
