In my opinion, this location is a traffic nightmare. You need to do public transportation. Parking down there now is like 25-30 an hour. It’s gonna get even more ridiculous.

Folks complaining are being shortsighted, imo. That area is going to be getting a lot of cash coming in when that venue is finished.

Pretty safe bet but it’s gonna be a traffic nightmare. I used to work around the corner from the site when I was a freshman and sophomore in college. Incredibly inconvenient in and out. They can’t handle this level of traffic.
