KD's scared of the Celtics. Swept his team jumpin' ass right outta the playoffs.

Actually, I think that’s the number one reason why KD to Celtics isn’t likely. A Jaylen Brown deal with Smart and picks is likely the best scenario for Nets. It gives KD a contender. But he’s a player that you can tell let’s the media and the talk get to his feelings. He was called a snake for joining the Warriors when his team couldn’t beat them. This rings like the same narrative and why he wouldn’t consider it strongly. He’s gonna be a Sun.

If they wk from the Nets id like to see the Raps go after SGA instead

I think Barnes is the only asset that would work for the situation. KD would be ok playing with VanVleet Siakam and all the 6’8’’ wings. So what’s left? OG? He’s a nice complimentary piece to fill salary but Barnes is why Raptors can provide the best package. He’s the key asset in that assessment.

That would put him in Dwayne Wade territory…a top 5-10 player in his prime. Awesome if he gets there. I just don’t see it.

Wade averaged 25 ppg in his 2nd year. Garland is more comparable to Steph who took a little longer to develop but when he found it, he found it.

Agree on Dray. Another example of the system I’m criticizing. He is a valuable piece for them but he’s not a “max” player.

Love those Vegas odds of -200 KD to Suns. That increases the likelihood of Morey being the facilitator. Plus he stays away from Celtics Heat and Raptors.

Definitely going to need a 3rd team in any KD trade. Lots of other contenders would be smart to get involved. Cavs got Allen in the Harden trade. Some team can do the same, maybe multiple teams

I don’t think he rises to that level but great for you guys if he does.

I don't see him rising to Steph level which is MVP level and sure first ballot HOFer. But he could become a perennial all star.

Yep. Celtics window isn’t a threat to close because of the age of Tatum and Brown.

I bet GOATum works on his game 24/7 this off season. He's gonna show up next season determined to correct his Finals mistakes.

I can see him averaging at least 35 points. To go along with 10+ reb's & 7+ asts. He'll lead the league in steals and be the first player to have a 55/45/90 season.

This is definitely the slow time of the year for sports. I like MLB. But the season's so long I can't really get into it until mid August.

I say fuck the players safety! Do NFL teams really need preseason? I say no. Why not start the season the second week of August? These NFL players are supposed to be tough. Prove it, start playing a 24 game schedule. I wouldn't be against day/night doubleheaders either.
