But I am just not sure he is a guy that contributes all that much to winning. I would be afraid to lock him into a big contract if I were the Heat.

Think they can get a better fit by trading him.
Agree. Basically what we all will find out about Sexton this year too.

Yeah it’s just finding that right fit

Maybe herro and Duncan to Detroit for grant?

Idk if that’s the move. I’m just not sure who is even available that you’d trade herro for
Depends what the trade market is for Grant. I think he's a good fit in Miami

Pelicans contenders now?

Ingram had always been one of my favorite players but know that McCollum is their, it feels like a lot of the weight is off him and Zion to produce.

Imagine if they still had Ball…

Not going to totally rule it out, but I doubt it.

Yeah, unless Ingram takes another big step in development and/or Zion can finally stay healthy (and turns out to be a #1), they are a team with two #2's. So good, but not contender good.

Of course if Zion stays healthy. That team all of a sudden is scary.

Zion and Ingram have to stay together. Between the 2 of them they eat close to a normal amount of food.

Idk, Zion is a big boy.

I’ve never felt so bad for someone else’s body before.

Y'all are welcome to keep him.
Somehow I knew that was coming lol. No thanks. He committed to this before he was traded but his Why Not foundation really did a lot of stuff for inner city kids here.

I can definitely believe the kid is working his ass off this summer, but, yeah, that seems like a stretch without seeing it for ourselves.
one thing you can say about all the kids the Cavs drafted---- they all are good guys with great work ethics...garland, sexton, mobley, okoro, etc.......porter was the one exception they made with a late first rounder.

They are one of the young teams I'm looking forward to seeing more of next year. Them, the Pels and the Hornets.

JaMychal dealt to OKC today for three late picks.

OKC also receives Denver's 2027 first rounder that though protected could be valuable at some point even as a future trade piece when they're ready to contend again...

Going to have to edit my upcoming write-up due to this.
