I'm so frustrated with the direction this franchise has gone. I feel like we are behind everybody now who knew when to begin the rebuild. Ex NJ, Detroit, etc I feel we will be behind the likes of Chicago and Ottawa even. It's mind-blowing to me.

Hi guys - long time away. I was sticking to my boycott of the flyers and Disney/Espn and haven’t watched a game since November.

Since Mall HAD to bring up the Browns (and my long suffering with that franchise) I had to jump back in. That coupled with the collapse of my Boilermakers due to pathetic coaching and we have the perfect tri-fecta.

Inconceivable that Fletcher keeps his job, as all have stated. But with JvR, just goes to show how low his value is in the market. Big and slow doesn’t cut it.

I ran this mock draft simulator a couple weeks ago just once and I have kept the page open since. Why? It moved us from picking 8th overall to 1st. Vancouver also moved up to pick 2nd.

I think sometimes you get rewarded for not tanking. It's the hockey gods, baby. I think we're also pretty much due some good fortune.

I just can't fathom him being the GM in the summer. There's just no way. This deadline is a colossal failure. He didn't even achieve the bare minimum of selling JvR and Braun. Let alone making a big move to find a single reason for hope for the future. He has to be fired. Tonight. Tomorrow. He has to be. The atmosphere on Saturday is going to be crazy.

Actually, the next game is Sunday at 6 pm...Lol I just find it difficult to fathom that Braun garnered a 3rd last season at the deadline and now nothing. Ghost also brought in a 3rd this time around and JvR nothing. A defenseman that can't fucking play defense was dealt at the deadline for a 3rd and yet we couldn't unload either pending UFA.

Has Ghost really improved that much and JvR/Braun sunk that low!? We couldn't fucking GIVE him away for FREE two seasons ago!! I really don't think it's possible.

I also expected the toughness and depth of a Seeler, plus the extra season at a cheap price, to interest someone, anyone.

With the win over the Wings, (which since '97, I always enjoy) we are one win shy of last season's total and would have to go 1-18-0 in the last 19 games to finish with the same record and point total. Probably not going to happen, but I could definitely see us losing the next 8 games.
