Do you think every ref is good in all sports? I think mlb umps are as bad as they come especially angel hernandez and joe west

Good and bad in every profession.

Some of them suck.

…..and I mean no disrespect to those who have done the job.

Cops have guns, taser, spray, batons.

You have a kind heart, desire to shape the next generation that is mainly hyper focused on guns, video games and social media.

You are showing up to a war on our future armed with plastic spoons while 6 year olds have semi automatic pistols.

But, I used to get paddled at school for talking.

I would then get another beat down when I got home.

The way these little assholes physically assault teachers is the direct product of 1-800 numbers, societal acceptance of violence and shit poor parenting.

Depends.

Are we comparing to the best in the field of pro refs?

Or to average Joe on his couch?

The variance in pro refs is about the same as pro athletes. For every Giannis you have 10 scrubs hanging to their roster spot.

But yeah, those scrubs are a lot better than average Joe.
