Basically seems like you’d be swapping all the jazz deals except flipping Conley for Russ to stay younger

I hate that dude…but it’s because he’s good. Most under rated player in the league for me. He gives the Celtics a level of toughness and snarl that is unrivaled. He’s smart (pun intended) at decision making on where the ball should go. He can knock down looks if you don’t respect him. And of course, he’s a lock down perimeter defender. Much respect for that man.

The ideal Russell Westbrook buyout destination would have... - Great shooting to maximize his drives. - A coach with the cache to get him to buy into a smaller role (10-15 mins). - Deep defensive roster since he doesn't really guard anyone. To me, that sounds like the Clippers.

Can I get Conley instead of D'lo? D'Angelo Russell is like a younger and less talented version of Russell Westbrook. Yes, he can shoot 3s, but he is also a very dumb basketball IQ player, is slow, and plays little to no defense.

Yeah, but they have a million picks, so if the have a ton of cap space they can trade for a max and the team trading does not have to take back salary.
