Totally didn't realize Ben was only shooting 44 percent from the line. Jesus.
He went 16 games making 1 free throw attempt.
He's average 1.5 FTA a game. Which is just atrocious for a guy who plays in the paint.

Brunson handled it all pretty well, he knew not to question Luka.A Khris Middleton type of player is what Luka needs added to Wood. A guy that doesn’t always need the ball in his hands, he can score, shoot and defend. Adding Kyrie just adds drama in Dallas

Lu Dort may be becoming that guyA Khris Middleton type of player is what Luka needs added to Wood. A guy that doesn’t always need the ball in his hands, he can score, shoot and defend. Adding Kyrie just adds drama in Dallas
I hear ya. What I’m saying though is that there is great risk in selling out for now and mortgaging the future just to maximize the LeBron window because of the threat of AD or LeBron injury anyway. I think that’s why the Lakers have been so hesitant to not deal those two firsts.I mean to win it all they need all 3 but right now they have no chance.
...and we mostly know Rivers from his Daddy, lol.
He’s going to need to shoot the three better. He’s improved there but he still shoots below league average from 3.Lu Dort may be becoming that guy
Rivers is a punk...and we mostly know Rivers from his Daddy, lol.
I do like that Utah trade as well…giving up one pick? Don’t mind that at allKyrie is a high end talent.
Gives them ball handling, scoring and a legit 3 pt threat.
Mike Conley gives them ball handling, high IQ, no drama.
Beasley gives them shooting.
Vanderbuilt gives them a raw. But, athletic wing defender.
@WiggyRuss always says you don’t trade a dollar for 4 quarters.
I mostly agree.
But, the Lakers are in this situation MORE because of the structure of the contract, than how Westbrook has performed.
If he was on a 15 mil per deal, he would have been traded 3 months into LAST Season.
They would be locking themselves into the same kinda fuckery if Kyrie decides to go all Adolf Hitler again.
Who do you see eating 4 years of his petulance at 40 mil plus per Season?
Absolutely.
You think he’s taking a backseat to PG?
Shit, the guy who should be taking a backseat is Kawhi.
Rest your goddamn leg and stop bricking because you are pressing.
But, for GAWD SAKE….
Please, take the ball out of George’s turnover prone hands.
He is not a pg.
He does not make great late game decisions.
* whimpers Conley’s name *
I don’t think the Nets want anything to do with Westbrook and doubt they are willing to do your work for you to find a 3rd team.Yep, it also seems that if he were willing to take 2 years, the trade is likelly already done or well on its way to being done.
Even 2 years is risky because it could be a bigger disaster than Westbrook if Lebron's Jedi mind tricks don't work anymore. It's been a long time since they've been on the same team.
Or, just keep what you have.
You act as if the Nets have to trade him to the Lakers.
They don’t.
If they are not getting picks, why not actually get useful players?
I would rather have DFS and Dinwiddie over your Poo Poo platter.
I would rather have whatever the Suns are offering over Westbrook.
You aren’t getting it.
You don’t have leverage.
You aren’t the only interested party.
You have no players that are difference makers to offer.
All you can do is TRY TO outbid them with picks.
I really hope you keep this roster.
Because, you are the only team in the West that I am positive the Clippers can beat….lol
So, hold the line on those picks.
Agree, they are…not too many out there. That’s why Dallas is in a tough spot. Who do they add?? They are surrounding him now with shooters and defense, they need more thoughThose guys really are few and far between and hard to find.
Everything is going to be a risk when Kyrie enters the building. The equipment staff washes one sock instead of two…he is out.
In his last 10 before he tweaked a hammy he was shooting 47.1 % from 3 on high volume. Supposedly the new shooting coach is having an effect. He’s going to need to shoot the three better. He’s improved there but he still shoots below league average from 3.
…and they messed around and low balled him.Brunson handled it all pretty well, he knew not to question Luka.
Giving Irving a full max deal with no stipulations is simply not something a GM can explain to ownership I don’t think
