Lakers consistently just throw away games late. Whether its bad coaching or dumb play by one of the players, its always something. I can think of like 5 games right off the top of my head they've screwed up. Probably a couple more too if we sat down and went through the entire schedule

....or swallowed whistles

@Mecca

Sounds like the clips agree with us!

Additional note: Miami should push for dedmon

Duncan can play a huerter role for atl, cheaper than Collins deal and get last years first rounder as well. There’s a way for that deal to happen so atl isn’t sending sweeteners to move Collins
You are THE MAN!!!!

Let’s be honest here.

You suggested it.

I just came along for the ride.

Isn't getting Duncan back worse than sending sweetners? Nothing like a specialist sharpshooter getting overpaid to shoot 33% from 3....he's dipped about 4% each of the past 3 years. Bonus....he hasn't played since 1/2.

The other one is look at us delon Wright

Just have no idea what Washington is doing

They should blow it up and find a way to pry that young pg Kira Lewis out of NO to give him a chance to play

It’s a cheaper deal and they get jovic to in theory be able to come out ahead

But I understand the point

Just a working theory. Just unsure how much draft capital Miami would add since I seem to be high man on Collins

That's on Ham as well.

Embiid is a good perimeter defender. He can hold his own just fine.

Timeout was needed

I don't know as that they necessarily had to call timeout.

It could be that they already knew what they wanted to do, didn't want to give the Sixers a chance to set their defense and Westbrook just decided to call his own number despite having a better player on the floor with him (as we've seen him do many, many times over the years).

Judging by how quickly Lebron left the floor after the game...someone sure as heck didn't do something they should have.

Yeah, Utah really needs to get some sorta pick as incentive to eat that deal.

But, I wonder if the Suns would roll the dice on Duncan for Crowder?

Probably not since they already have Shamet not earning his paycheck.

He was in the tunnel while Russ was still on the ground under the basket…..lol

Everything you said is true.

You don’t want to let the defense get set.

I think they should have called the timeout simply to get the ball in Lebron’s hands.

Because, it’s just to easy to bait Westbrook into those types of plays.

…..the one on one ego battles.

After his defensive play on Embiid, it’s like the game went into slow motion.

Im not even joking, as soon as I saw Russ with the ball, with a head of steam…

I said… Uh, oh…..lol

You can’t have a guy like that on the floor if you can’t live with it. Russ has had a very good year, they need to go ahead and move him then Lebron can have it all on him.

They would probably do it for Jokic.

But, it’s Danny Ainge.

He loves to extort the Clippers and has been pretty successful at it.

In yesterday’s game, Ham really had few options.

I would rather have Westbrook on the floor over Nunn and Christie.

But, he should have called timeout.

They still might have lost.

But, at least Russ wouldn’t be the scapegoat.

He is who he is and that’s not always a good thing.

But, I agree he is thriving in his role.

Dunno if I want to see him traded because he most likely will end up getting cut.

But, from a business standpoint, Lakers should do it to keep his salary slot viable.

It’s really odd to me how much Russ has gotten a pass for basically disrespecting Vogel from day 1 and undermining him the entire time.

I find myself analyzing the recent Thunder success a lot, good problem to have. Just had the thought that they are playing well without Pokusevski. I really think there is no doubt they will be extending him in the offseason. The ceiling for him was once projected as Andre Kirilenko and that doesn’t seem like a total dream at this point. This team is going to be pretty tough to plan for when and if all the pieces get firing.

You think he got a pass?

Last year and this Summer, he was one of the most vilified players in Sports History.

Mofos was out here acting like he Was OJ Simpson or Kellan Winslow.

Maybe is wasn’t specifically for shitting on his Coach until that nonsense he said during his exit interview.

But, he got a blow torch to the ass for the last year and a half.
