Agree kinda, which was the point of my 'scoring is way up' thread.

50 used to be notable, now it's just hey wow great game. 70 is a bit much but 60 is the new 50.
I mean how many guys get 60. Still not many. I think there is a big gap between guys getting around 50 and 60 and a huge gap between 60 and 70. There is a reason only a handful of guys got to 70.

They also failed to mention some of the Bulls players also went into the lane early lol. Overall nothing comes good from that two minute report. Might need to allocate more time into training refs

Or we can just except the inevitable.

There are potential calls to be made or not almost every second of every game.

There were like 30 items in that 2 minute report.

Unrealistic to think officials are going to get every call right.

Again, the entire team was tested, not just Mitchell.

Pretty sure I already said I think it's messed up the league went outta their way to say Mitchell's 71 game performance shouldn't have happened.

I don't think it's right the league said that because 70 points has been scored in games before.

Ummm.

Did you read the article?

The league comment on Mitchel’s game had nothing to do with PEDs.

Players are tested randomly 4 times throughout the course of the season. Cavs got it this week.

Mitchell’s 71 point game shouldn’t have happened because he was guilty of a lane violation that wasn’t called at the end of regulation. Had he been called, the game would have ended, the Cavs would have lost and Mitchell would have finished with 56 or 58 points.

So that is why the league didn’t say anything about Luka.

And it was the Y! Headline that said the performance “shouldn’t have happened”.

Pretty sure the NBA just published their 2 minute report like always.

Damn how many more times do I have to say this?

This is my own opinion. I don't like how the league said Mitchell's 71 point performance shouldn't have happened.

I'm not saying my opinion is right, it's an opinion. And that's how I feel about this topic.

When did I say they have to be perfect? But reality is that isn’t close to being true. If you can’t make easy calls, they need more training instead of a stupid 2 min report that tell you how bad the officials really are

Also how do we know luka wasn't tested? Maybe he isn't attention seeking like Mitchell and dont feel the need to post stuff like that

Yeah but 30 items seems like a lot

Lane violations are a matter who did it first

Play is dead the second there is one violation

Might be wrong but I think all but the shooter can leave when ball is released.

No you are correct. I was under the impression they went into the lane before he released it

Mitchell wrote the article?

If he didnt run to twitter about drug test then we wouldn't have known. You think he/cavs the only people to get tested this year or are they the only ones to run to twitter about it?

Same. Does the nba even have ppl stationed in every city for pop up drug test or do they fly out there? If they flew out then would have been planned before his 71 points

A sports reporter said that based off the 2 minute report.

You are mad about a headline that was designed to get a reaction.

It worked.

@dtgold88 @Shanemansj13

how would you rank these teams as competition for seeding with the Cavs?

-Pacers
-Knicks
-Heat
-Raptors
-Hawks
-Bulls

I would prob. go

1. Hawks
2. Heat
3. Raptors
4. Bulls
5. Pacers
6. Knicks

Can't say it any clearer than this.

I'm not saying my opinion is right, it's an opinion. And that's how I feel about this topic. <-------------------------------------

I don't like how Mitchell was hit with a "random" drug test, there was nothing random about it. The league treated Mitchell like he was the first player to ever get 70. The timing of the test suggests there was nothing random about it.

I don't like how the league handled things. Didn't I already say that? Pretty sure I did.

And for me this isn't about a headline as you suggested at all. It's about the timing of everything. I find it very odd.

Strange you think my opinion means I'm "mad" because we don't agree on this topic.
