Jokic is a stat padder. Plays hard in the regular season gets exposed in the playoffs...

Like you, I am curious to see how viable the Ignite is.

Are they just overpaying some at first to attract talent?

G League pays about 35k.

Ignite gave Shareef O’Neal 125k for a 5 month stint.

imo……he doesn’t currently project as anything more than a minor leaguer.

Scoot got like half a mil iirc

Same with jalen green

Stop it.

Russ Westbrook was a stat padder.

Jokic accumulates big numbers because he is a phenomenal passer, a super efficient scorer, a good rebounder and the Denver offense runs through him, as it should.

My issue was with the entitlement of the comment saying why are they paying when they get somebody else to do it for them

Like (me to him:)fuck you bro, you’re using taxpayer funds to do that shit. Pay for your own prospects development lol

With all.due respect...

Fuq outta here.

I had Embiid as MVP.

But, its not like it was unreasonable to give it to Jokic.

He is not a stat padder, chaser.

Dude is very nearly the ultimate team player.

Even with the triple double, dunno if he can get a 3rd MVP without at least making the finals.

But, there is precedent with Westbrook.

Don't forget sloth Harden won it too.

There has never been a star player LESS interested in playoff success as Houston Harden.

I love the “with all due respect” thing. You say that and you are good to go after great grandmas and all, nothing off limits.

Double that, for 3 games.

But, that's not his fault.

Pretty gnarly collision.

Scoot Henderson, 17, is the youngest professional basketball player in U.S. history after signing a contract with the NBA G League Ignite Elite team. The deal is worth $1 million.

It's funny because you know some asshole-like rhetoric will follow.... lol

But, I said it because I don't have a long history with that poster.

So, they may not be aware that I regularly talk * post * that way and I'm honestly not trying to be offensive.

Jokic is a stat padder. Plays hard in the regular season gets exposed in the playoffs...

He's what? :pound:

His playoff numbers are 26.4 ppg, 11.5 rebs, 6.4 asts, 1.0 stl / .519 FG%

His career numbers are 20.0, 10.4, 6.4, 1.2 / .546 FG%

And here are his numbers over the past three seasons.

26.3, 11.9, 8.5, 1.4 / .589 FG%

Not much stat padding going on as you claimed.
