Some groups are just built for this time of year while others groups get exposed this time of year. This shit is hard! Sixers conquered the regular season in 2018 with a 3 seed just like the 2023 Cavs with a 4 seed and a top 5 regular season record. The Sixers are still waiting to punch a ticket to their first ECF 6 years later. Playoffs are very different from the regular season.

Very true.....and will be a major disappointment if in 5 years we have not made an ECF (and, sure, it's possible).
